Ninja Slow Mo: Draw & Dodge Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9 October 2026
Applies to: the Ninja Slow Mo: Draw & Dodge app for Android and iOS, version 1.x, published by Bolt Studio (Scott Thoo, Malaysia).
This page: https://boltstudio.my/privacy
The short version
- The game is free and shows optional video ads from Google AdMob. You only see an ad if you tap a button to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
- To show ads, Google's ad software in the app collects some device data, such as your IP address, an advertising identifier, and how you interact with ads. Google, not us, receives this data.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent first. On iPhone and iPad, this version shows only non-personalized ads and does not use your advertising identifier (IDFA). You can change your choices at any time (§6).
- The game has no accounts, no in-app purchases and no analytics. Your progress is saved only on your device.
1. Who we are
Scott Thoo (Bolt Studio) makes Ninja Slow Mo: Draw & Dodge and is responsible for this app.
Based in Malaysia.

2. What stays on your device
- Levels unlocked, stars, skipped stages and settings (sound, music, vibration) are saved in the app's local storage on your phone or tablet. They are never sent to us, and we can't see them.
- Your consent choices for ads (§3) are also stored on your device by Google's consent software.
- Deleting it: uninstall the app, or clear the app's data in your device settings. We don't hold a copy, so we can't restore lost progress.
- If you have device backup switched on (for example iCloud or Google device backup), it may include the app's saved data. That backup is handled by Apple or Google under their privacy policies.
3. Ads (Google AdMob)
How ads work in the game. On some stages, after you lose, you can choose to watch a video ad to rewind the last second or to skip the stage. If you don't tap the button, no ad is shown. The game works fully without watching any ads.
Who provides the ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC, and Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA and Switzerland). AdMob's software (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) is built into the app.
What data Google's ad software collects. According to Google, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the following, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location (city or region, not precise GPS location)
- Device identifiers: on Android, the advertising ID and app set ID; on iOS, app- or developer-specific device identifiers only (this version does not ask for or use the advertising identifier, IDFA)
- Ad and app interactions: for example app launches, taps and video views, and which ads you have seen
- Diagnostic information: for example crash logs, app launch time and performance data
Google encrypts this data in transit. Google may combine it with other information it holds and uses it under its own policies:
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- How Google uses advertising data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
What we receive. We don't receive your identifiers or any data that identifies you. AdMob gives us aggregated reports only, such as the number of ads shown, earnings, and country-level totals.
Personalized and non-personalized ads. Personalized ads are chosen using information about your interests. Non-personalized ads are chosen using limited information, such as the app you're using and your general location. Even non-personalized ads use identifiers for frequency capping (limiting how often you see the same ad) and aggregated reporting. On Android, you may see personalized ads where the law allows it and you haven't opted out (see below and §6). On iPhone and iPad, this version requests non-personalized ads only.
Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Before any ads are requested, the app shows Google's consent message (a certified consent tool that follows the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework). You can accept, decline, or choose individual purposes and partners. If you decline, Google may still show limited or non-personalized ads as its policies allow. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed at any time from Settings → Privacy choices in the game.
iPhone and iPad. This version of the game does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), does not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and asks Google for non-personalized ads only. A later version may offer personalized ads on iOS. If it does, it will first ask your permission through Apple's tracking prompt, and we will update this policy before that version is released.
Children's ads settings. The game is for players aged 13 and over (§5). We limit the ad content rating so that ads are suitable for the game's audience.
4. Data handled by the app stores
When you download or update the game, Google Play or the Apple App Store processes that download (and any reviews you post) under their own privacy policies, and gives us statistics such as install counts. If you've chosen in your device settings to share usage and diagnostic information with app developers, Apple or Google may also send us crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. These don't identify you to us.
- Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow under-13s to play. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you're a parent and believe your child under 13 has used the game, contact us and we'll help. You can also reset your child's advertising identifier as described in §6.
6. Your choices and rights
Opting out of personalized ads
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads (wording varies by device). There you can delete or reset your advertising ID. If it's deleted, apps receive a blank identifier instead.
- iPhone and iPad: this version shows non-personalized ads only and doesn't use the IDFA, so there's nothing to opt out of. You can also turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, which stops any app from asking.
- In the game (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and US states with privacy laws): Settings → Privacy choices opens Google's consent form again so you can change or withdraw consent at any time. In those US states, you can also use this form to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, laws including the EU and UK GDPR, US state privacy laws (such as California's) and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 give you rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, to object to or opt out of targeted advertising, and to complain to a data protection authority. We don't hold player data ourselves, so for data collected by Google's ad software, please use the controls above or Google's tools at https://policies.google.com/privacy. For anything else, or if you need help, email boltstudiogames@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 21 days.
Legal basis (EEA/UK). Where consent is required, ads use your device's storage and identifiers only with your consent, given through Google's consent message. Google relies on its own legal bases for some purposes, as explained in its policies.
7. International transfers and retention
Google may process ad data in the United States and other countries, under its own safeguards and retention periods. We keep the emails you send us only as long as needed to answer you, unless the law requires longer.
8. If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you, and we never add you to mailing lists.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how the game uses data, for example by adding analytics, in-app purchases or other ad types, we will update this policy before that version is released, update the app store privacy labels, and ask for your consent in the game where the law requires it. The "Effective date" above will change.
